the hotel was in a remote location in the front tower. staff was super excellent. had an excellent view and the breakfast was good.

Fairly clean and wonderful place, has great views to the park and the hills in the background. The rooms are a nice size with large beds and smoke detectors. The staff ensures you have a very good time, they are really helpful and very very helpful.

The hotel was placed in the remote location on the hill. The breakfasts here were exceptionally good with elaborate spread, maybe 10 varieties of freshly squeezed juice in unlimited qty, both local cuisines.

The location of the hotel was remote, just off lake side, many restautants such as Mid-Winter Green, and the Chocolates Factory. In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with nice balconies and better scenic view from balcony, for instance and that was great.

This hotel was set in a remote area close to Ban Tha Chang Spring, the local temple on the hill and the hills in the background. The employees were patient and attentive and kept it all fairly clean. The room was huge and beautifully maintained with comfortable bed, the hills in the background and a nice bathroom.

Spent Xmas Holiday at a lovely hotel with great everything! Received free wine and fruit at check-in, located near tourist sights and had bicycles available to ride. The room was well-decorated and had beautiful scenery, a great restaurant, pool, and spa amenities. There was a great atmosphere for a relaxing stay and felt like a special treat.

Wish there were more available food options, especially more choices for Muslims as many food options contained pork. Beds were a bit too firm for comfort, and there wasn't much else to do besides relax at the hotel.

This hotel provided the best breakfast I have ever tasted, with a wide variety of both Western and Asian cuisine. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and it had excellent facilities such as a lovely swimming pool. Its location was ideal, as it was near all the main attractions, and the staff was superb, offering prompt and accommodating service throughout my stay.

Couldn't find any faults at all. This hotel exceeded my expectations.
